Section I - The objectives of the association are:

a. To establish, organize and maintain a national NORSU Alumni Association.

b. To create a solid union, develop and promote the mutual interest of NORSU and its alumni and help maintain within their abilities the most beneficial relationships between the university and its alumni.

c. To maintain loyalty to and strengthen love to our ALMA MATER and to uphold christian ideas.

d. To assist, aid and advise the college in the betterment of quality education, facilities, library and scholarships of the future alumni.

e. To purchase, acquire, accept and dispose and convey personal and real properties as may be necessary for the attainment of the objectives of the organization.

f. To raise and generate funds through grants, donations and contributions and to operate funds generating activities consistent with existing laws and regulations for non-profit organizations for the attainment of the organization's objectives; and

g. Such purposes as are set forth in the mission statement of the Negros Oriental State University.
