This 83rd Founder's day and always, let us pause for a moment to thank all our teachers and university administrators for their dedication and enduring service. This is a special recognition to our very own high school (1983-84)Social Studies teacher, Dr. Cecilia Abringe for being the cream of the crop -- one of the two 2010 Outstanding Alumni. the best days of my life was made in CVPC now NORSU... The student government days with Shaun, Bacay, Enting, Ate Desafe, Cymbelyn, Babiecar, Chona and to all officers of the first Federation of Student Government... so many to mention... and of course to the pioneering batch of Geothermal Engineers of the Philippines :-)
